Terms of Service

Last updated: July 31, 2026

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Ashborne PvP. The game is developed and published by Nicolae Goslan. By installing, accessing, or playing the game, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Refund Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use Ashborne PvP or purchase optional digital content in the game.

1. Eligibility

You must meet the minimum age required by your country and Google Play. If you are a minor, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the game and make purchases. The account holder is responsible for purchase authorization and device security.

2. Limited License

Ashborne PvP grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the game for lawful, non-commercial entertainment. You do not acquire ownership of the game, its code, artwork, systems, characters, cards, heroes, audio, virtual items, or other protected content.

3. Accounts, Profiles, and Cloud Save

Some features may use a local profile, Player ID, optional account, or optional cloud save. You are responsible for keeping account details secure and for providing accurate support information. Do not sell, transfer, share, or allow unauthorized access to an account.

Local progress may be lost if the app is deleted, app data is cleared, or the device is replaced before progress is associated with an available cloud-save feature. No storage system is guaranteed to be error-free, so players should use available account and cloud-save options where appropriate.

4. Gameplay and Online Services

The game may include offline progression, online PvP, AI or bot-fallback opponents, matchmaking, rankings, events, tasks, rewards, chests, and other progression systems. Online features depend on network access, third-party services, maintenance, player availability, and technical conditions.

Matchmaking and AI behavior may consider game progression, league, combat power, win streak, difficulty, or other gameplay factors. No specific opponent, match result, reward, card draw, or progression outcome is guaranteed.

5. Virtual Items and Currency

The game may provide virtual currency, gold, keys, cards, heroes, fragments, wild cards, chests, tickets, sigils, energy, and other virtual content. Virtual content:

6. Optional In-App Purchases

Ashborne PvP may offer optional purchases of digital content. Payments are processed through Google Play, and the final local price, currency, taxes, payment authorization, and transaction confirmation are shown by Google Play.

Carefully review the displayed package, quantity, price, purchase limit, reset period, and any reward probabilities before purchasing. Digital content is normally delivered immediately after Google Play confirms the transaction.

Except where required by applicable law or Google Play policy, purchases that have been correctly delivered are final and non-refundable. Additional details are provided in the Refund Policy.

7. Random Rewards and Game Balance

Some rewards may involve randomized eligible cards, heroes, fragments, or other content. Where required, relevant chances or reward previews are displayed in the game. A randomized purchase or reward does not guarantee a particular desired item unless explicitly stated.

To maintain a fair and sustainable game, cards, heroes, abilities, rewards, costs, drop rates, progression values, events, and AI behavior may be adjusted. Reasonable balance changes do not create a cash value for virtual content or automatically make a previously delivered purchase refundable, subject always to mandatory law and platform policy.

8. Rewarded Advertisements

Rewarded advertisements are optional and may grant an in-game reward after confirmed completion. Ad availability is not guaranteed and may depend on region, consent, device, network, inventory, and advertising providers. Ad rewards have no cash value and are not purchases.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

10. Enforcement

Where reasonably necessary and permitted by law, suspected violations may result in investigation, correction of illegitimate balances, restriction of online features, suspension, or termination. Enforcement decisions may consider transaction, gameplay, security, and service records.

11. Updates, Availability, and Discontinuation

The game and its services may be updated, interrupted, changed, or discontinued for maintenance, security, legal, technical, business, or gameplay reasons. Updates may be required to continue using online or current game features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

12. Third-Party Services

Ashborne PvP may rely on Google Play, Unity Gaming Services, Unity LevelPlay, advertising providers, hosting providers, and other services. Their availability and processing are also governed by their own terms and policies.

13. Disclaimer and Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the game is provided on an "as available" basis. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. Where liability can be limited, the developer is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss resulting from service interruption, device failure, unauthorized account access, unsupported modifications, or third-party services.

14. Mandatory Consumer Rights

These Terms do not remove mandatory consumer rights that apply in the player's country. If any provision conflicts with a mandatory legal protection, that protection prevails and the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted.

15. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated when the game, services, platform rules, or applicable law changes. Material changes will be communicated where required. Continued use after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
