Information We Collect

Ashborne PvP may collect and process the following information:

We do not intentionally collect real names, home addresses, phone contacts, photos, precise GPS location, microphone data, camera data, SMS messages, or full financial card information. If a player chooses a name or account username containing personal information, that information may be processed as part of the game profile.

Google Play Data Safety Categories

For transparency, information transmitted off the device by Ashborne PvP or its service providers may fall under the following Google Play Data safety categories:

The Google Play Data safety form must be maintained separately in Play Console and must reflect the current app build, enabled features, and third-party SDK behavior. This Privacy Policy provides additional detail but does not replace the store declaration.

How We Use Information

We use information to:

Optional Account and Cloud Save

Ashborne PvP may allow players to create an optional account or link progress to Unity Authentication services for cloud save and account recovery. Creating an account is optional and is not required for the core offline game experience. If a player creates or uses an account, we may process the identifiers and save data needed to provide it.

Players may request deletion of account-related data by contacting ashbornepvp.support@gmail.com. Include the in-game name, Player ID, and account username if available. Deleting account data may permanently remove cloud saves, progress, rewards, and account-recovery access. Some transaction records may be retained where required for legal, accounting, security, or fraud-prevention purposes.

In-App Purchases

Ashborne PvP may offer optional in-app purchases such as virtual currency, keys, cards, heroes, wild cards, chests, and limited-time digital packages. Purchases are processed by Google Play or another applicable app-store provider. We do not receive or store the full payment-card number, bank-account details, or complete billing credentials.

We may store purchase-related records such as product ID, transaction or order ID, purchase status, and granted rewards to deliver purchases, prevent duplicate delivery, provide support, and reduce fraud. Purchase terms are described in the Terms of Service and Refund Policy.

Advertising and Rewarded Ads

Ashborne PvP may show optional rewarded ads when a player chooses to watch an advertisement in exchange for an in-game reward. Advertising partners may process device identifiers, advertising identifiers, approximate location, interaction data, impression data, and technical information to deliver ads, measure performance, prevent fraud, and comply with platform requirements.

Ad availability and personalization may depend on device settings, consent, region, and advertising-partner policies. Players may be able to limit ad personalization through device or platform settings.

Where required, Ashborne PvP uses Google User Messaging Platform to request or update advertising consent before Unity LevelPlay requests ads. Available privacy choices may be reopened through the in-game privacy-options control when the consent platform makes it available. Advertising consent is separate from analytics processing.

Third-Party Services

Third-party services used by Ashborne PvP may include:

Data Sharing

We may share data with providers that help operate analytics, ads, multiplayer, diagnostics, hosting, fraud prevention, cloud save, support, payments, and distribution. We do not sell personal and sensitive user data.

Legal Basis and User Choices

Where required by law, we rely on consent, performance of a service requested by the player, legitimate interests such as security and fraud prevention, and legal compliance. Players may manage certain choices through device settings, platform settings, consent prompts, or by contacting us.

Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data, including secure transmission where supported by our providers. No system is completely secure, but we work to protect player data from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration.

Data Retention and Deletion

We keep gameplay, analytics, purchase, multiplayer, diagnostics, cloud-save, and support data only as long as needed to operate the game, provide requested services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent abuse or fraud.

To request deletion, email ashbornepvp.support@gmail.com and include the in-game name, Player ID, and account username if available. Some information may be retained where required for legal, accounting, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or platform-compliance reasons.

Children

Ashborne PvP is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so it can be reviewed and deleted where required.

International Data Transfers

Information may be processed in countries other than the player's own, depending on the locations of service providers, advertising partners, analytics providers, multiplayer services, app stores, and hosting providers.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the game or applicable requirements change. The latest version and revision date will be available on this page.
