Information We Collect

Ashborne PvP may collect and process the following information:

• Gameplay and profile data: player ID, in-game name, game progress, unlocked cards and heroes, hero/card levels, combat power, trophies, resources, rewards, chests, daily/weekly task progress, and similar game state data.
• Online gameplay data: matchmaking information, PvP session data, lobby/relay connection data, opponent type, match result, and bot fallback information.
• Analytics data: app version, session events, progression events, purchases/rewards events, ad interaction events, performance events, and crash/diagnostic information.
• Advertising data: rewarded ad requests, ad completions, ad placement names, ad impression data, approximate region/country, and advertising identifiers where allowed by the platform and user consent.
• Device and technical data: device model, operating system version, language, country/region, network-related diagnostics, and identifiers needed to operate the game services.

We do not intentionally collect real names, home addresses, phone contacts, photos, precise GPS location, microphone data, camera data, SMS messages, or financial card information.

How We Use Information

We use information to:

• operate the game and save progress;
• provide online PvP, matchmaking, rewards, chests, events, and progression;
• show rewarded ads and measure ad performance;
• analyze game balance, retention, crashes, and technical issues;
• prevent abuse, cheating, fraud, and service misuse;
• respond to support requests.

Third-Party Services

Ashborne PvP may use third-party services that collect information according to their own privacy policies, including:

• Unity Gaming Services, including Unity Analytics, Player Authentication, Lobby, Relay, Diagnostics, and LevelPlay;
• Unity LevelPlay / ironSource and mediated advertising partners;
• app stores and platform services such as Samsung Galaxy Store and Google Play, depending on where the game is installed.

Data Sharing

We may share data with service providers that help us operate analytics, ads, multiplayer, diagnostics, hosting, fraud prevention, and store distribution. We do not sell personal and sensitive user data.

Data Security

We use reasonable technical measures to protect data, including secure transmission where supported by our service providers. No system is completely secure, but we work to protect player data from unauthorized access.

Data Retention and Deletion

We keep gameplay, analytics, and support data only as long as needed to operate the game, improve the game, comply with legal obligations, and prevent abuse.

To request deletion of your data, email ashbornepvp.support@gmail.com and include your in-game name and player ID if available. Deleting data may reset game progress and rewards.

Children

Ashborne PvP is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will review and delete the information where required.

International Data Transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, depending on the locations of our service providers.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the game changes, when new services are added, or when legal requirements change. The latest version will always be available on this page.
